Follow-Up * Existing Clients Only!
I’m invested in your pet’s well-being from day one and whole heartedly believe that both you and your pet deserve the best ongoing holistic care possible.
That’s why I offer a Follow Up Appointment Service for my EXISTING CLIENTS who have completed an Initial Therapeutic Nutrition & Support, Immediate Consultation, Proactive Nutrition, Homeopathy & Gemmotherapy, Herbalism or Supplements for Wellness consultation with me.
A Follow Up Appointment is generally a 30 minute session that allows me to check in with you and your pet, review your pet’s progress, address any questions or concerns, and adjust or update your pet’s holistic protocol. This will also help to ensure that your pet is responding well to the recommendations that I have provided.
In most cases I suggest scheduling a follow up appointment 6-8 weeks after your initial consultation however, these appointments can be scheduled sooner if needed.
How much does the Follow Up Appointment cost?
My Follow Up Consultation Fee is $100.00 + HST, which includes my time spent reviewing your intake form, our 30 minute telephone call and a written report outlining any changes required to your pets holistic protocol.
Your pets health and continued progress is my number one priority!
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be eligible for a refund. To avoid this outcome, please provide notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule the appointment more than 48 hours prior to the appointment. You can cancel or reschedule appointments by email.
