Based on the information that you provide on your intake form, I will recommend the best & most cost effective option for your pet and provide you with the necessary guidance and support throughout the transition.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be eligible for a refund. To avoid this outcome, please provide notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule the appointment more than 48 hours prior to the appointment. You can cancel or reschedule appointments by email.
Therapeutic Nutrition and Support for Pets Consultation Service Fee
My Therapeutic Nutrition and Support for Pets Consultation Service fee is $300.00 + HST, which includes my time spent reviewing your intake form & requested attachments, the development of your pets individual protocol, our one-hour session, a detailed recommendation report and my continued support via telephone or email following our consultation.
Note: The cost of the natural or commercial diet, herbs, remedies, supplements, or any other recommended products are not included in the consultation fee and will vary depending on the type, quantity, and source of the products. I genuinely care about my clients and will always work with you to find the most affordable treatment options.
